Dynamo Youth Water Polo, the only active USAWP youth club in Georgia, is a program of Dynamo Water Polo Club, one of the largest and most successful USA Water Polo clubs in the Southeastern United States.

Dynamo Youth Water Polo is where High School and Middle School-aged (open to as young as 5th grade if a strong swimmer) girls and boys from across Georgia develop and improve their technical skills and understanding of the game through USA Water Polo instruction and competition.
Launched in 2015 with less than twelve players, DWPC Youth has grown quickly.  2019 accomplishments include:
·Grew to 80+ players
·Sent four teams to the USAWP Junior Olympics in California for the second straight year
·17 players selected to USAWP Olympic Development Program Zone teams, two invited to National Team Selection Camps and one played in Europe for Team USA.
·Six seniors signed to play NCAA varsity water polo in college, including three on DI/DII water polo scholarships.

2020 Schedule:
The 2020 season runs from mid-February through June (through July if we qualify for Junior Olympics).  Space is limited. Coaches have the right to make cuts/selections as they see fit.
GHSWPA players do NOT have to choose between spring activity with their GHSWPA team and DWPC Youth.  We encourage them to do both.
Training begins Sunday, February 16 and runs through June (July for those who qualify for JOs):
Sunday           12:00 - 2:30pm (2 hr pool, :30 min dryland)
Monday            7:30 - 9:30pm (:30 min dryland, 1.5.hr pool)
Wednesday      7:30 - 9:30pm (:30 min dryland, 1.5.hr pool)

Because Dynamo Swim Club plans to replace the Dyna-dome with a building, there may be some changes/disruptions to our year.  Please be patient!
